Clocks Are Out To Get The Badgers

January 3, 2012

MSU Hoops, UW Hoops

Tick tock, it don’t stop.

For the second night in a row, a Wisconsin game ended with an official review of whether the final play would count.

In both cases, it went against the Badgers – Monday night in the Rose Bowl and Tuesday night in an important basketball game against Michigan State. You’ll be able to see the highlights here.

The end of the Michigan State game was particularly bizarre because it looked like the Badgers got the shot off on one of the Kohl Center’s clocks – but not by the official clock. This set off a firestorm on Twitter of clock Tweets – and thoughts of job losses for anyone associated with an arena clock:

And so on.

Tough couple of nights for Wisconsin fans.
